...so what happened to FlyingBatWolf ?

I doubt it's someone mad at you beating their score, probably it's because web games get a pretty strict treatment as far as evidence.  I'll check them out.

Hay brother I requested some Atari 2600 games without details sad which makes things hard on you when setting the database up.

So here is a referal in fixing that hopefully.

Super ROL Out: Game 7 (Super breakout hack Supports both A and B settings

Beat Em and Eat Em [Game #2] Not sure if this supports difficoulty settings

Sadoom (Kaboom! hack Suports both A and B settings)

Brik (homebrew with only 1 game select & Supports both A and B settings)

Lead (Homebrew game please Ignore this one untill I get more info there is a 4k ver. and a 1k ver. I will get back to you when I figure out all the details to make it easier on you.)

Kaboom! Big Buckets (This is a hack of Kaboom! which makes the game easy / Therre is B and A mode but A mode should not be added as it is identicle to the original game. B mode is the only one altered.)

Super ROL Out: Game 8 (This is a hack of Super Breakout / Game 8 is a 2 player game that I want setup to be played as 1 player playing both controllers with a combined score has options for both A and B settings)

Alright, look, man.  You know I've wrote my apology discussion last month, but when I done it, it doesn't mean that I'm gonna continue being disrespectful to you guys and welcoming users, Baz!  Trust me, dude!  I've changed!!  I've stopped bashing welcoming users, man!!  I got annoyed with them because of their low legit rating percentage.  That drove me very unconfortable!!  About Candy Crush Saga Scores, it wasn't meant for trolling, right?  'Cause I know it doesn't have any viruses unlike Kuku Kube.  I supposed that I was wrong for referring to them as trolls or scammers, etc.  What if there are some unpleasant welcoming newcomers who like to not follow the rules by uploading pictures or videos of something else rather than sticking to proper evidence (Let's Say For Example: Console Shown, Final Score w/Identification Shown)?  What if they chose to troll FOR REAL by not following this site's rules??  Here, look at this: http://highscore.com/scores/NESFamicom/AllNightNipponSuperMarioBrothers/50701

This is not about dragging other users personalities, this is about a violator!!  Why don't you believe me anymore?  Baz, tell everyone that I've changed.  I will stop bashing other welcoming users with low reputation rating!!  I will treat everyone with full respect, and I will never use cheats nor continues ever again unless specified!!  You got what I'm typing to you??  Comment me back!!

pretty impressive scores.  that might be fair game as far as point farming goes.

I'll give it a try next time I play it!

Decided to try point-farming on Oil's Well for the Colecovision just to see how many points can be farmed on the very first level on each difficulty.  Remember, ONLY THE FIRST LEVEL.  Do NOT complete the level.  Just keep going until you run out of lives.  Here were my results.

Regular:  57,100
Unleaded:  84,580
Premium:  119,940

I probably could have had a lot more on Premium; unfortunately, the timer ran out when I was mere pixels away from grabbing the 1,000-point trophy!  The 119k was a lot more difficult than you would think from observing these scores, as the explosions move super-slow and there were 4 or 5 times when it was in the TOP ROW.  It pushed my skills to the limit to not get pinched when that was in the top row; it managed to get me one time (sadly with a lot of time left on the timer, thus wasting a lot of potential points).

Give the Level1-only challenge a try sometime just for the heck of it!

Your Donkey Kong (NES) score is safe for now.  Although I once got over 212,000 on it, I want to top your score with video evidence, not photos.  I was SO CLOSE tonight.  The bonus would have given me enough points to do it, BUT THAT DARN SPRING!

@DuggerVideoGames:

laugh "Excellent!"

Thanks for the good-natured response!  some folks get pretty fired up about that stuff  x)

i'm glad you found this site & AtariAge.  yeah it's great to find these sites where people mainly just love classic games.  this site has a blend of serious competition and just playing for fun & sharing scores.  some people would prefer to have it like Twin Galaxies or RetroUprising which have pretty strict evidence standards while others just want to trust each other & see those scores stack up, so the overall results are something in between!

sometimes the reasons given for no votes seem to be just randomly selected, like "photo insufficient, video desired" even though there may have been a full video!  Even in cases like that I give them the benefit of the doubt, they may have had what to them seemed a good reason but didn't see it on the list & just picked one & moved on.

also some of the reasons to choose from for a no-vote don't always say exactly what they mean or what the voter meant.  when I see "I couldn't tell if the submitter is actually the person who achieved this score," I figure that is just someone who wants to hold submissions to an evidence standard which includes identification of some kind, like a card with your user name on it in the photo.  some users here have world-record scores at Twin Galaxies or elsewhere & submit well-documented evidence for their achievements & feel like that should be the standard here as well, for the integrity of the site.  This is especially true with the more well-loved systems where there has always been a lot of competition: Atari 2600, ColecoVision, NES, Intellivision, etc. (ESPECIALLY Arcade.)  I pretty much feel this way myself but I find myself giving a lot of leniency to low scores, new users, scores that don't crack trophies, ...

but whenever I do vote no it's fully what I think is fair or best for the site, it's never that i don't trust someone.  I never met this person & have no reason not to trust them so to me it's not about that, just what I think the rules should be like in a game.  there's a lot of grey area as far as rules for legitimacy which relies solely on people voting so each user has to come up with however they think it should be.

I've used this site for about 2 1/2 yrs & i don't think i've seen ANY evidence of cheating, just mistakes, misunderstandings, differences in opinion about evidence or point-farming or whatever.  --oh yeah, and rarely some actual trolling  8/

anyway that was pretty long-winded, welcome again & have fun  (3

Thank you for the yes vote and the kind words and warm welcome to the site.  I appreciate the warm welcome from you and many others.  It is awesome to see not only a great community, but one that shares in the passion for these classic games!

I went ahead and removed the Zaxxon score for the Colecovision.  I was getting tired of the overwhelming no votes for it.  I understand if the reason is not believing the million points (damn rollovers); however, some of the reasons are insanely dumb.  For example:  somebody voted no because they are not sure if the person who submitted the score is the one who achieved it.  Whatever.  I always found it odd that BurgerTime counts into the millions while other games roll over at as little as 100k or 10k.

I am glad to see that at least my Colecovision Flashback score for Zaxxon IS getting the yes votes; this tells me that the high score wasn't what people had trouble with, but the million points (again, damn rollovers).  Perhaps someday I'll figure out how to make videos and show people just how easy Zaxxon really is.

Again, many thanks to you and the others who have made me feel most welcome at this site.  It's nice to challenge each other in high-score feats, but most of all:  HAVE FUN!

In the words of Abraham Lincoln:  Be excellent to each other, AND... PARTY ON, DUDES!
