There's only a super famicom version. didin't see any patch/ translation on the net. 

 The settings are pretty easy to get, they're about the same as the neogeo one. 

upleft is highscore no opponent  / upright is vs cpu ( downleft: vs player 2 / downright puzzle mode). Then for the difficulty : far up is the easiest /middle is normal /  Far down is the hardest.

 

Thanks anyway for adding my request, I'll post a highscore and explain in comments where it was taken from.

Hi Raf -- I'm adding requests... I can't read the settings in Magical Drop 2 because I can only find the Japan rom. I've added the game for SNES, just default settings. If you know where I can find a translated rom, please let me know!
