ok sorry, forgot it was still marked private.. .unlocked now
I made the unfortunate mistake of deleting my video before it had completely uploaded. So sadly I don't have video proof of rollover. I'll leave it to your feedback if I should remove this score, or if you will take my word for it that I did get 100k on it.
Sorry, thanks.
so is this supposed to be a dots only track or can we play it normally?
that's got some nice games on it, I need to try and procure one.

you're submitting for a NES game, that's a GBA.
Incorrect category.
sorry forgot to mention rollover at 4:20
a little embarrassed with this run after shooting 4 of my own ships in the mix
I'm not sure what the rules are but I was to understand is once you complete the game, that's it. There is no carryover to "bonus" stages. Your final score IMHO should be 59,310.
Sorry, have to vote No here.
how the heck was this approved with zero evidence?
I like your new avatar, very 8 Bit! :)
I tried rotating the pictures around before but somehow if it started out upside down, it stays upside down when posting it here. Think I figured out which way to hold it now.
for those not familiar between the two versions, normal Berzerk (set 1) allows robots to gain firepower up to 6 fast bullets at once, but Otto retains his usual speed.
In Set 2, robot firepower is capped at 2 Slow bullets at once but after 5000 points Otto's speed is doubled. Also, I think the robots fire immediately after the level starts instead of a 1/2 second pause.
yeah sorry, You type the initials in and it didn't register the "D" but it went on to the "I". There was no way to backspace.
end of video shows a score of 12000.
and how is it possible to have a "3" as the final digit?
Voting NO
thanks, been trying to up my Galaga score too
followed it up with a 270k run... so close
no video this time. This was my first ever attempt at Pacman Arcade version. LOVE LOVE LOVE this and thanks Oyama for directing me to it.
If I beat him, video for sure will follow.
I upped the FPS to 30 on recording... (game play still at 60 FPS).
Looks better, still flickers but visible
the troll is everywhere... especially on every score I've posted in the last few months
unfortunately the recording causes the ghost flicker to disappear.
I heard he passed away. Shame to hear that.
It looks good, I've tried it a couple of times...
videos may still be uploading... divided into 2 parts. Final level 16-4 completed.
hey PJ, I think the score is legit, but shouldn't this be submitted under the Wii platform? It was obtained through the Nintendo eShop right? If I'm wrong, let me know
the same X-Arcade stick I use for the MAME sessions
I could go back and do an extensive table like Mr. Oyama did before. Bear in mind it would take a lot of time to do that and I'm not sure how to post it.
video might still be uploading, please be patient.
rollovers occur at:
1,000,000 0:53:53
2,000,000 1:32:02
3,000,000 2:11:18
final 3,100,000
rollovers at:
10K, 7:26
20K, 13:52
30K, 20:35
40K, 27:11
50K, 33:57
final tally, 51,355 at 34:46
so it can exceed 100% , it doesn't have to be 100% exactly?
you won't be offended if I take a whack at this? ;)
haven't messed with it too much, it's on the to do list
Happy New Year to the NO Trolls too, whoever and wherever they are (hiding). Party poopers
I would caution you to not rely too heavily on patterns which is why I died early here. Key to surviving this game is knowing what to do WHEN you have to ad-lib it your pattern breaks down. Eventually it will happen.
PB 1,477,000 .. this pattern I learned from others but I have written my own later on.
yeah sorry this is not the original 2600 Pacman
not quite 75 million? don't make me quote Pink Floyd! ;)
thanks for the nice words.
I was going to go on but my body had other plans at 2 in the morning. The plan is next time to break 10m.
I had to suicide over 200 Berts in the process. Poor little guys.
last photo was taken with Jeffrey Lee, Q*bert's designer, the day after I finished the game. He was watching it live on Twitch as well.
This was taken last year at GGA in Chicago, IL.
The score was verified by the entire staff and automatically submitted to Aurcade's database.
The video was taken and uploaded to Twitch but I don't know if they keep video evidence of it going back almost 10 months now.
If this will suffice, I'll leave it up.... if not I will take it down. A few were asking about my PB on this game due to the MAME submission I made last night. I was hesitant about submission based on just the few photos I have. I understand people want ample proof and I respect that. I will see if a link to the video can be still obtained. GGA for sure still has it but like I said there were many witnesseses that day.
The game lasted 12 hours.
Appreciate your feedback. Thanks
won't let me insert a picture on here...
6 million pts.
rollover 1M at 41:00
(video upload still in progress.)
for some odd reason, the game crashed at the end of Level 16. (shrug)
video might be still uploading... slow connection .. .sorry
why is it still posting the pic upside down? That's odd.
not sure what more ID is needed and in what form.
I think that way there's at least one version where it's possible to get the perfect score 3,333,960. You have to have 5 lives for that. For the others, 3 lives is good.
thank you. It's gonna be a challenge with no real pattern to work on by the time I reach the 9th key.
this was more of a test to see what would work. There was a live video stream for this which Facebook took down because of the rock music in the background.
I don't mind repeating this, I told Mr. Day I would eventually go for the highest ever MAME or Arcade. It'll take about a little less of an hour per million give or take.
I can still run the INP replay to youtube if people want this.
and no Maxwel, I haven't watched your video yet. I'm just now figuring it for out myself.
done.
I don't really have a pattern, just like to patrol the edges as the wave comes back up or down, color the 3 corners first then get as much done before finishing the last corner
in later stages, get as far away from the tracer as possible when he starts attacking you, then you just have to keep pace with him. Avoid reversing as much as you can as that eats up valuable gap distance with the tracer
wasn't sure if this was going to fly or not to be honest.
The link to the originial thread includes the INP. It would be a playback of what I did back in August, trying to avoid any unnecessary votes of "oh he stole someone else's video performance" which is rubbish.
If I have to, I'll do it all over again and put up four million or higher.
Just curious how transferring a TG record which has already been verified 5 months ago would work on here.

The "lemon" text on the video is my son's trademark. I was showing him how to add text to the video when recording a game but forgot it was still on. The initials are still mine at the end "DIE".
