That voice was Captain Obvious' ancestor
Ha, yeah this game really cramps my style in comparison to the 16 Bit titles, but the soundtrack is still great
Snapshot taken before I could defeat that stage's boss, therefore I gain no points when I lost at that point.
Its pretty addictive yet hard to go through
Still one of my favorite shooter games of all time in all systems.
That's a big ass TV screen to play games. Love it.
I would come from school immediately to watchi it every day since it was one of the earliest shows to com in afternoons. Too bad later on they decided to censor some segments on certain episodes.
Not sure how to delete the first image that has nothing to do with this submission, so uploaded it the right one below the video.
"At Acme Looniversity
We earn our toon degree
The teaching staff's
Been getting laughs since 1933"
Except for those damnable choking thugs, the game is an almost exact conversion from the Arcade original.
Mario just about to be scorched out of his last life.
The Master System had a very good port. I liked the health bar added instead of the one hit kill system on the Arcade.
Yeah, and i know of other Sega games like Altered Beast ported to the NES, but not sure if Tengen was the company behind it as well. But man, a little more effort on Shinobi could've been nice...
Super Mario World was a great sequel indeed.
How about you stop trolling and move on? Thank you.
Better than what they show on TV nowadays however.
Ah yes, that game had also that annoying bit...
Worst. Shooter. Ever.
Loved the 80s show though.
Never liked this shooter. Makes no sense that even when you get to the Boss on a Stage it returns you all the way to the beginning when you lose a life.
Fun Fact: The Japanese cover on the cartridge had a naked Anime chick portrayed. The more you know...
Interesting to see that the NES adaptation had a storyline and decided what version of the game you would play at the beginning.
Also, since Namco created it, wonder why it didn't made the cut in NamcoXCapcom...
It states I used 1 Continue which I did not. The video has proof of this about me starting from the beginning till the character dies.
One thing about Alien Soldier is that sadly, it never reached the US or wasn't considered for American gamers probably due to its intense Boss battles which were more frequent than most platformers.
Yes I do know that, what I am not sure is what the game itself is supposed to be, are Asterix and Obelix roaming around stealing anything they can get?
Another great conversion on the NES from the Arcade classic. The fact that it adds hit points to your gameplay makes it even more enjoyable and less stressful.
While the Sega Genesis adaptation doesn't compare much to the SNES version in terms of graphics and sound, it makes up by smoother gameplay and control which is what I go for in this case.
Not a bad conversion from the Sega Arcade port overall.
Go for it, I bet you'll have more luck than me ;)
It is, and very likeable, but the controls o n it makes it less of a fun ride :/
I never liked the sloppy controls on this game.
And very hard to beat! You should see the very last boss though...its a MASSIVE Red Dragon which is too tall for the screen to even show fully.
This game is so hard no matter what system it was. But on the SNES one I almost tossed the TV out the window :/
No, I mean the disk will freeze on the Download screen when I try to select certain tables that are avialable from the start. I can only play like 3 of the ones you have unloacked from the beginning and no more.
I have it for PS2, although is a shame its defective and I can't play all the tables to unlock them all. Nice score :)
Yeah, you are the best out there, I can barely pass 2 lol
I'd imagine is the guys who were to pick him up and always point at him laughing leaving while he is "finished".
I love Robot Tank!
And I love your Custom GBA :D
The first score was when I played the game sometime ago and saved the state, I got no video proof of it therefore I made a new one t oshow the score I am posting.
I dislike the fact that instead of actual hgh score points, KOF suddenly switched to some sort of point grading your performance, which realy comfuses the hell out of me.
Before Capcom ventured into Dungeons and Dragons, there was King of Dragons.
And boy it is good to play as well.
Memories. I used to play this amazing game when I had an Atari 2600 as a kid. It was pretty innovative for its time.
The problem is that until you have enough points to trade to get the bounty reward poster, you have to repeat the stage over until you do, plus buying power-ups like the horse makes it difficult to do it all in one setting.
Yep, and its very difficult but otherwise enjoyable.
Its quite strange that a game lets you use your score as currency to buy power ups.
Well, it is easier in terms of having a lot more moves than any NES version, but hard in terms of sending you twice the enemies onscreen at the same time :p
Very hard to pull special moves in the first installment of the series.
Is it possible to make these characters any cuter I wonder.
Is it possible to make these characters any cuter I wonder.
Looks easy enough to play, but you know what they say about looks being decieving...
My lap score is 1' 55" 45, not sure if I input it right however. If there is a way to edit it, please let me know.
Its incredibly addictive I must warn you :p
Kinda hard to play while holding a phone for footage. Taken at the last SGC gaming con in Dallas.
Such a campy lil' shooter. The plane somehow reminds me of the Sea Duck from Tail Spin :p
"Running as fast as lightning, the Eight Super Robot...EIGHT MAN!"
One of the first games by Capcom I played on a Minyards Grocery store besides Strider. Gameplay's simple yet addicting and the music is highly engaging.
I prefer the straightforwardness of the Arcade version compared to the questionable changes made for the SNES version frankly. I don't need to keep selecting a pilot and buying upgrades everytime I get shotdown, and it quite feels less enjoyable on this version overall.
Its the SNES' answer to Strider for Genesis basically. You should play it sometime.
Makes you wonder how come by this sequel on the SNES, the first one couldn't have two player co-op as in the arcade.
Featuring some of his greatest hits in Arcade sound goodness.
Yeah :/
I guess one reason why was that gameplay was more specific, you had to get rid of blinking jewels in order to continue to the next stage, it may prove too irritating to some :p
Shame Sega never made a Genesis port of this game.
The rolling enemies are 100 points each. Since the game does not feature a Hi Score at the top of the screen like others, I had to add it after defeating it before those jumping jerks killed my last Batman.
Thanks, I love this game, but the thing ruining it is every time you lose a life to a boss they come back at full health. :/
I dig the animation on this goofy arcade game a lot.
I really like this shooter. Also, try watching this video while listening to Metallica's Seek and Destroy ha ha.
I think it is an indirect sequel since TAD is the company who created this game as well as Cabal a few years earlier.
Curious game. I like the puzzles on it however.
The mazes on this Pac game are bigger than life.
SUPER WAKA WAKA WAKA WAKA
If I'm not mistaken, this is about the only Pac Man game back then that allowed you to enter initials on high score records.
Thanks for the compliment :) Knux looks good in blue ;)
Yeah, it might've been because Sega of America designed it, not Sega's Sonic Team.
Even though I love Pinball games on any platform, I really disliked this Sonic adaptation.
Love the little dance they make after winning a battle.
Wow, below 50% already? That is a new record for you guys.
One of the hardest and baddest of all Contra games in retrogaming. Also about the only one with a female warrior on your side.
Well gee, wonder how is it that I am getting a lower percentage vote if I am the person playing this game on the video. Whatever.
Chibi Cleopatra is so distracting but so cute. Not complaining here.
What I've got to complain is that the timer ran out on the high score screen before I finished putting the third initial. Never happened before.
With a total grade of B++, Chun Li is still the strongest woman in the world.
I heard Death Race had to be removed for people complaining about gameplay of running over people even if the pixels weren't that graphic :p
Oh, you are well without watching it. cracked.com referred to it as RoBROCop than anything else and all I read about it was just...ugh.
They had it coming ever since the first game to be honest
Love kneeing Abobos on the face on this version.
There we go, submitted to the right spot this time.
This is just not my day. Let me re-upload it.
Re-Upload in the proper segment since its emulated gameplay.
Lack of audio due to my laptop lacking the sound requirements for the program I used to screen capture the emulation.
Darn it. I will have to re-issue it again. Sorry about that.
Lack of audio due to my laptop lacking the sound requirements for the program I used to screen capture the emulation.
Wish I could have a Coleco emulator, that game seems more vibrant on that version
Probably, then again I have partial videos on other submissions and they are get to be downvoted. My reason to have such is because it isa hard for me to upload a huge video on library terminals, since I do not have a connection at home, plus any other connection I go to is pretty slow to do such things.
I can compress such videos, but then again I hope whoever is doing this understands I cannot please them since I do not have the necessary tools to give an all out evidience on most games.
Someone regestered her and is obviously harassing me now. Look at my video submission for my Sonic 2 and Knuckles now:
"I don't trust screen capture recordings. I prefer to see video recorded with a camera."
I can't stand for this any longer to be honest. Someone here is just messing with me now.
""I don't trust screen capture recordings. I prefer to see video recorded with a camera.""
Ok, obviously someone is trolling me now.
One of the most difficult shooters on NES ever.
The first time I ever played this game was when I was in High School and rented it from a videostore. I never knew Mattel had a game out for NES, let alone one t hat was quite addictive and funny as this. Although that "search" move always left me wondering...oh, it seems He - Man is also a gamer ;p
Oh yeah, by far the best version of them all as I stated. So many ways to beat up those nasty Dark Warriors ;)
Perhaps the greatest version of the famous Double Dragon series there is, even if Billy Lee can't jump.
"I have an issue with the tactics used to achieve this score."
Its called gaming, I suggest you try it sometime.
I didn't, I played at home, but uploaded this from the library terminals. I do not have internet access myself.
The EX version of the GBA port doesn't mess around. A lot more difficult that I've ever played since Contra Hard Corps for Genesis.
Libraries suck. Their terminals are so outdated it ended up uploading this image three times when I pressed once.
You should get the special edition of the movie, it rocks
Not sure why the ROM is titled "Rambo V", but it is the emulated version of the only Rambo game on Genesis, Rambo 3.
The video cuts short after I was entering the initials, since youtube hiccuped and just got the portion of the video I was uploading. I still have the original on my hard drive however.
Now with Video evidence for all those naysayers ;)
Also, it is intertesting that your initials match that of Default when you choose not to enter them at the end of the game, congratulations!
"You received anonymous feedback from a voter on your score of 872,800 onMarvel Super Heroes [msh] (Arcade Emulated / M.A.M.E.)
"I think a photo alone isn't sufficient evidence for this score. Video desired."
Funny, you must either be new or have not checked out most people here doing the same. Please do not spam me like this in the future, thank you.
