Fun game, great score
Bring it on.
I had been able to do it in practice a few times, but never in competition. I've always done USA - the very first time I do as a Russian, I nail it. I feel like the country you pick might influence just a bit...
Lift Starts at 2:25
225kg Snatch (Max) + 225kg Clean and Jerk (Max) = 450 (Max)
Great Score! Do do you have a shot of the console?
I always wanted a Lynx, especially when I saw the commercial with the kid playing California Games on it in the school bathroom. I was a huge fan of all the Epyx games back then - I guess obviously still now...
I bought a Game Gear when I was in the Army - that thing was almost the size of a Genesis. It was actually the only Sega product I ever owned. I had 3 games for it before it disappeared. Mortal Kombat, Joe Montana Football and Beavis and Butthead.
I think that was Multivision - they made Harem I believe. You have to go out and read the story behind Harem, seriously, you could make a movie about the making of that game. Drugs, embezzlement, murder plots. Truth is stranger than fiction!
Awesome - I've never played a Neo Geo Pocket. Has great graphics and resolution.
That's a tough one! Especially since it doesn't really give any feedback from the throw for angle or anything. A lot more fun than left right and press a button at the line version though!
Nice Run - that's a yes from me for sure
Thanks! Pole Vault should have been on more versions of this game.
This was the only game I ever knew existed in the genre for several years until I saw that Mystique had quite a few other titles that were just bad games. For my money - Harem, which was never actually released publicly, is probably the most fun to play - take away the x rated factor and replace it with something more PG and it is still a very playable game.
@TK421 I remember learning that cutting a notch in my 5 1/4 disks would allow the other side to be used for my C64 - that allowed me and my friends to pass games like strip poker and leisure suit larry around without our parents knowing back in the late 80s.
It's a fun, quirky game. Give it a go.
This was a pretty popular game back in its heyday. I can still remember playing it on my buddy's Atari one Saturday morning when his parents weren't home. He knew where his dad kept the stash. I remember it being in a fancy faux-leather case and we were amazed that we could see this in the 1980s. The game itself is pretty terrible, but the memories are great!
Thanks Oyama, the photo and video are both correct, just that one top video link is bad so it is an annoyance.
Thanks @ILLSeaBass - I don't think I'll best your barrel jump - 14 is TOUGH!
No - the top one was the wrong link, was trying to copy from my phone and it moved some letters - the second video is the same as the top, only with the right link. I don't know how to remove videos once you post them as evidence.
It's a beatable score - that's for sure. You have to give it a go.
Description of video I say 4,987 - basing the 49,870 on the other scores.
Yeah, but I think it goes on autopilot through the first 1300m - at least I think it does. You have to actually sprint the last 200m - I was sprinting the whole time and its a workout.
the 1500m is possibly the worst event to ever go through...
When I first glanced at it, I thought it said Space Caveman - now THAT would be a fun game!
Loved this game when it was in Arcade!
I dunno, I think some people would take their scores seriously enough to escape through the glass with a head butt
Nice - Yes from me
Same run, I put 430 as my score instead of 43 (score * 10) S.Baz is keeping me honest. I'm glad he went that route and not the Tonya Harding route...
Just keeping things consistent. Good catch!
I removed this score and resubmitted it as 43
Yeah, good point - I don't know why I was thinking 430 - I think because my hot dog was 100. It should be 43
Thanks! the only one I don't have a video of is Harem, I'll post a video of that when I beat my current high AND I find my dang GoPro I have my phone sitting on a cup for this one.
Nice - I have to pull this one out for C64 - haven't played it since it was on my C64!
That's a tough game too - timing has to be just right - you nailed it...
Nice - yes from me
You know you're already trying to beat the score...
Score at 2:06
Well done evidence wise!
Cool - I've never looked that deep in to the configuration - will have to add that to the modded Wii! Thanks
Nice - what MAME setup are you using - I like the game art on the sides like that...
It's all in the timing.
I gotta up my game and get one of those fancy laminated cards like you have...
Yes from me
No, it is a Schecter Diamond Series C-1. I am not a fan of Jacksons, I don't like the way the necks feel - same with BC Rich.
Just hit 203. Had a ton of luck on that run. Squirrel dropped lava right behind me as I caught the girl and got about 40 points on it. I was hanging on for dear life as I got to 203!
