one of my favorite games back then. voted yes! :)
It's been a long time and I hope to add some more scores in the next few days. :)

Yeah! The game from which I have my nickname from :D
honestly it's quite a good game. Keep in mind that it's a fully 3D Action game on an handheld from 1991! So it's technically pretty impressive.
I also had some problems with it, but don't know right now which options I chose. I remember that I switched between PAL & NTSC and selected the 800XL with "Standard memory size"
I will check at home later. :)
It's some sort of Puzzle Game. You get one of four pieces of face shown in the middle and have to put it in one of the four directions you currently see on screen. you get Points for each completed face and bonus points for "correct" faces. The difficulty is, that you have short time to react and it progresses very fast on the Atari.
am I the only one who hates Frogger? :D
What is the trick exactly? I didn't know it.
and just for info: I'm a yes voter :D
maybe because the title of the video says "3 Bird Trick".
But I didn't see any exploit, but couldn't watch the whole video.
besides the flickering it looks very well playable. nice! :)
score visible on top. but not the best one ;)
What is the best emulator to get on the PC for emulating the ZX Spectrum??
looks nice :)
was one of my favorites on the C64. Maybe I should also try this version :)
ok i have to take it back.
It looks quite good when it's moving, but thats definitely not theright game for a speccy ^^
I love this game. Played it a lot with a friend back in the day. :)
i really like the Speccy, but this looks terrible!
played Game 1. can be seen below the power bar.
then I will have to contact Serious about it. :/
LOL a little bit ;)
the colors are a bit strange
so it's the wrong category? since the easier difficulties are BB on the VCS?
it's a conversion of the VCS game to the Atari 8Bit.
more info about it here:http://atariage.com/forums/topic/221129-stampede-new-2600-conversion/
it's the default configuration of the game. But honestly I'm not sure if it's the right category ^^
Thank you Sixx :)
I recently played it on the A800 and after getting back to the VCS version I honestly found it pretty easy. Maybe the PSP version is a bit tweaked. I don't know exactly.
But it's fun to play with the 80s Soundtrack in the background :)
uploaded the second picture to show that this is the default mode.
pretty lucky run ^^
still a great Homebrew :)
sorry about the picture being blurry :(
not much, but it's a start. :)
I only started the game right after loading it. Hope it's the right category ^^
one of the best games on the C64! I always loved playing it back in the day. :)
Sometimes he see's it automatically, or I inform him via Twitter :)
happened to me twice in my "career" :D
I'm sorry to say that, but your score is in the wrong category.
It should be in the emulated one.
Therefore I'm not voting right now. But I think Serious can fix this. :)
Thanks S.BAZ! :)
I saw the 88% legit voting first, so I thought there were more than 1 no vote. Probably because it's lacking a video. I hope to do some videos in the near future, since I have a new PC now :)
Highscore stands up in the middle.
sorry for the blurry picture. :(
Highscore is shown on the upper right corner.
I also love the Soundtrack! Played this a lot with my friend. I didn't have an Amiga myself but I enjoyed this nearly as much as Apydia :)
I loved Continental Circus for the C64. Played that a hundred times :)
obviously I got some no votes, but unfortunately without a note why.
Score is in the below left corner and is the Standard difficulty. don't know if there are any difficulty settings for the game.
I tend to stay at the lower left corner, but he is also hitting me there. :(
but you're right: moving makes things more difficult.
I lost also a few lifes there :(
any special tactics at the bosses?
haha that was indeed fast :D
maybe its because the PAL machines are using a different resolution than the NTSC ones. can you maybe switch the ROMs of the OS too? sorry I'm not familiar with the emulator. I'm using O2EM für emulation.
it's more German Slang :D
yes, indeed a great game :)
my friend showed it to me and it's really fun because of the different levels :)
I have something in mind that you need the brazilian ROM of the game to get it working in the Emulator, but I'm not 100% sure.
played the game at my friends house. my initials can be seen on the first screenshot. on the upper half on the right.
played the game at my friends house. my initials are on the screen.
played the game at my friends house. my Initials are below the alphabet.
I honestly loved the game back in the day, although it's a bit too easy for my taste. Surely oriented on Astrosmash from the Intellivision, but not much different.
score and initials can be seen on the second screenshot.
Nice game but I like the C64 version a lot more.
I have bought the game, but I haven't played it until now
I should change that ;)
I got anonymous Feedback:
"I couldn't tell if the submitter is actually the person who achieved this score."
but why? I thought a paper with the nickname is sufficent?
Is the CAANOO still available? It's out of stock in the Dragonshop unfortunately and it looks like a nice Handheld :)
How is the Analog Stick? I have a GP2X first edition and there it is not so....
is the Munich Highscore Club an open convention? Or just a few friends who meet each other?
I still have to improve this :(
Highscore is at the upper right corner (below the game logo)
mmh Game Design at its best :D
nice score and also a great game. I have to improve my score then to get the State trophy back :P
is it harder than the C64 Version?
just out of curiosity:
Is this a special design of the Computer? I only know the silver one.
This was played on Game 1 :)
Haha ok. I also remember that it was quite difficult on the C64, but thanks to cheats I was able to see the whole game back in the day at least :)
I didn't know that this game was also released on the NES.It''s one of my favorite games on the C64 back in the day :)
My name is visible in the highscore list right beside the score.
Have played that on a convention so I had no piece of paper with my name with me for the photo.
Score is #1 on the console with my initials NOG on the left.
Played that on a convention, so I couldn't hold a piece of paper for the photograph
Sorry about the bad quality of the picture, but I didn't get it better. :(
It was on an convention, so I couldn't take another photo.
My initials are right from the score (NOG)
Thank you very much :)
wasn't online for a few days so I didn't see it..
the second picture is the wrong one :(
It has an avoid'em kind of gameplay. It is also an homebrew of Revival games. You can search for a trailer of the game on youtube. Don't know if links here are working. I honestly don't know if there is an equivalent for the VCS, but it's pretty fun :)
Unfortunately I don't have an option to capture video on my Videopac to upload it here. :(
yes. In Europe there is the Videopac (G7000) and the Videopac+ (G7400 or Jopac) and in America you have the Odyssey2 and the Odyssey3 for games with enhanced graphics.
But there aren't many games with enhanced graphics, but Homebrews usually have them.
I know but I'm not as strong as you :D
really nice score.
I see that I will have a hard time with scores in Bavaria ;)
When was it released on Cartridge?
plays really well, but the background has the same color as the enemies and THAT is quite a disadvantage ^^
pretty bad score :( hope to improve that soon..
looks like a neat game! Haven't heard of it yet. Should have to try this out.
Nice score! :)
you are right, especially on Satellite Attack (UFO as O2 Version)
But with Killer bees I have no problem. IMHO the best game for the system. :)
you are insane :D
Oh! that was a mistake. It is obviously an emulated score.
I will tell Serious about that.
thanks for telling me this!
I think he doesn't want to be recognized ;)
I honestly haven't made it past 1000 points yet :D
Nice score! Also have to try it with the AA setting. Only played it in BB and found it awfully boring..
It was my first game which I ever played and I still like it a lot. :) Was the Pack-In Game of our Atari VCS Junior back in the day
I also love the games from Simon Quernhorst. He also did a demake of Portal for the Commodore 64 called Shotgate. Nice stuff :)
