I`ll have to dig out the intellivoice and see! I played this on a Tandyvision I think thats why its black and white,, tried it on a regular Intellivision and was in color.

It`s like Total Carnage, just Hordes and Hordes of dead things coming after you, its a button masher.

Having problems with contoller keypad numbers for firing! sometimes they work sometimes they don`t. So not the greatest of scores. will have to dig out another Intellivision. This was played on a Radio Shack Tandyvision

I got it on ebay a few yrs ago, I think it was $45 for system and 13 games.

No title screen so took pic of box and cart to show it in system.

This one did not have a title screen, so I took a pic of box and cart so you can see it in the system.
