You can read how the scoring system works in the manual on www.handheldmuseum.com. It is explained there. It wasnt unusual for handhelds and tabletops to sometimes utilize graphics instead of numbers, mainly to save the scarce space on the then expensive screens.
Sorry, I had repost this score - I posted it originally in the wrong section.
For verification here is a forum link, where I already posted this score in the past, under my nickname:
The golden cup next to "4350" stands for 10.000 Points. So this is totals to 14350.
Fore evidence I have included this forum link, where I posted this highscore under my nick:
Older Highscore of this tabletop game from my collection. For evidence, you can view this forum link, where I have posted it under my nickname:
I wasn´t able to properly add my Nickname to the picture, as the camera went pretty dark. I also had to pause the game, because that was my last life, and there is no scoreboard once you died.
Setting was: Normal, no continues used.
@kollision: stick to the rules of this site or dont submit your score. It cant be any more simpler than this, so dont start a fight over this.
Another run, gets pretty hard....wow.
I was lucky on my first try, didn´t get anywhere near this score on the other runs...
Came today with Armor Attack, had to give it a run.
Arrived today, had to test it!
Hey @rapetou33, did you really make it to Level 13 or just wait to respawn the mines? The highest I have gotten was Level 8 with a little short over 100,000 points...
I played Mine Storm yesterday with Rip-Off overlay and made a personal high score...so who cares?
Yeah, we're getting old
Thats strange, cause I can see it...
Sorry for the dark picture, but I couldn´t use the flash - it would have rendered the monitor "dark", and make score unreadable.
Yeah, classic. I always die in the same level on my first 3 lives. Those blue gooey things are really a pita.
Thanks to all voters!
From the same session as my previous Mine Storm highscore, before I knew that one should post with nickname in frame.
I didn´t vote against you, I saw several highscores of you were you put your comment. That´s why I commented on that...
Listen, "buddy", it was you who went "I couldn't tell if the submitter is actually the person who achieved this score."
Go lick some soap, will ya?"
Not me, ok? So don´t complain, better hit yourself on your head again. Maybe then you feel the pain ;)
If you don´t like the (verification) rules on this site, then don´t register & complain.
Do as you want. But then again don´t complain, as your practice is an invitation for others to vote accordingly. If you hit yourself on the head, do you complain about the pain also?
Well, I just registered and since I am missing a little more info on the procedure in the help section I thought this is a "fight for vote". Know I know better ;)
Quite impressive so far, so many platforms. And a few games from the 80ies I never heard of. Really interesting stuff.
I didn´t know that....I thought one has to make aware of themselves, to get noticed.
I suggest you start using the short "KOL" you predicted in your profile. People seem to keep thinking the score is not belonging to you, since the short "EDW" can be seen in highscore lists. Just my 2 cents ;)
cool union jack pillow in the back ;)
Dont forget to vote for me AS well!
Don´t forget to leave a vote for me as well :)
Pretty hard to read but, yes!
Don´t forget to alse leave me a vote!
