At Musee Mechanique on the San Francisco piers. (This place is full of century-old games and player pianos, but the gas pedal on Spy Hunter is sluggish.)

I vaguely recall playing this at the Gold Mine arcade in Beaumont, Texas in the 1970s. I would love to play this game again.

The macabre artwork is seared into my brain from when I was 7. If anyone is in New Hampshire, look for this at Weirs Beach (3 miles south of Funspot). I haven't checked in 10 or 20 years.
