My name tag is a little hard to see in the score pic but is easier to see/you can tell it’s the same one in the second.  (Succumbed to peer pressure in regards to the unwritten rule of having a photo of your name badge with the console ;) )

Top left is my score, which, due to the win screen, is obviously the highest you can get in this game.  Top right number is how much health I had left at the end.

I always get close but never actually win. The most I ever killed was 29. 

Yeah, it's a tough one!  A pretty intense game.  Imagine how creepy it'd look on a much updated tablet or something with way better graphics too!  (Like slime on the walls or something.)
