I was in a bad bike wreck, last night, hit a huge pothole, the force pushed my arms back hard and now it feels like I was hit across my chest and shoulders with a steel rod, flew over the handlebars and the bike landed on my back.

I landed hard on my left wrist and my chin came off. Chin off. Yes.

I was sans phone so I had to ride to a friend's house and I was losing blood like a running faucet, pedaling kept my heart rate up, and I felt sure I would die, I was very dizzy by the end of the ride.

Friend saw my face, I have no idea how bad it looked and I just wanted to lie down but my friend insisted I needed medical help and took me to hospital where I got my face sewn back together.

My wrist is sprained and not broken, swelling inside the joint, but my thumbs are a-ok.

But, yeah, life happens. The bike is fine, by the way.
